    Personalised care plan will be crafted to fit and managed specially for each and every patient best to their needs.

  • Nurse

    CHN nurse will be assigned to render proper nursing care base on patient's care plan, with proper documentation and communication between care coordinator and family.

Do we provide stay-in nurses?

We do not provide nurses who stay in with patient and family members. However, families are able to engage 2 nurses to rotate round the clock eg. 8am-8pm & 8pm-8am.

Are your nurses locals?

Yes, all our nurses are locals where they studied in local Polytechnics & Universities and have past working experience in the hospital. All nurses are also licensed under Singapore Nursing Board.

What are the minimum hours of care required?

Our standard hours of care ranges from 4,6,8,10,12 hours. Care that requires less than 4 hours is also possible to arrange.

How many hours notice period should I inform the agency if I wish to engage a nurse?

Preferably, it would be at least 1 day in advance.

In case of emergency, are you able to provide a nurse?

We do have incidents whereby we are able to assign a nurse over within 2 hours or less depending on the location and type of care needed but this is not guaranteed.

I would prefer a regular nurse taking care of the patient, is that possible to arrange?

Yes it is definitely possible. We will need the family to inform us the date and time they would like the nurse to commence the care as early as possible in order to facilitate a smooth arrangement.

What is the difference between Caring Hearts Nursing Agency and other agencies?

Our coordinator is a local nurse who holds a valid nursing license in Singapore. We focus on understanding families’ concerns and offer advice on the type/duration of care as well as doing home visits when needed.

What do I do if I were to need help or find out that something is wrong with the patient?

Our coordinator follows up with the patient’s condition with the assigned nurse from time to time on a daily basis. Client is able to call and we will gladly do our best to resolve your worries.

Is your hotline 24 hours in operation?

Yes, our hotline is 24hrs in operation, handled and managed by our coordinator.
